In an increasingly digital world, forming genuine friendships can feel difficult, particularly when traditional one-on-one meetups create pressure and awkwardness. Memori explores how technology can help people build meaningful connections in a more natural way.

Memori is a mobile app concept designed to help people in Brisbane form genuine friendships through shared experiences. Users can discover, join and organise small-group activities based on their interests and availability, creating opportunities to connect without the pressure of a traditional one-on-one meetup.

This project was guided by human-centred design principles throughout the process. I explored the problem through ethnographic research, interviews, user personas and journey mapping. These insights informed the app’s features, user experience and visual direction.
